Logrico Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of Logrico, including the customer portal, friend and check-in features, merchant pilot tools, rewards and receipt features where available, support workflows, and related pages at logrico.com. By using Logrico, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. Merchants must have authority to use Logrico for the business location they operate and to process receipt data for that business.

2. What Logrico provides

Logrico provides customer accounts with Member IDs, friend discovery, short-lived social check-ins and replies, and merchant-supported rewards or receipt features where available. Some features are pilot, limited release, merchant-specific, or coming soon, and may change or be unavailable for some users or businesses. Logrico is not a payment processor, bank, tax advisor, accounting system, legal advisor, or substitute for a merchant's legal recordkeeping obligations.

3. Customer accounts

Customers are responsible for keeping their sign-in method secure.
Customers may be discoverable to other signed-in users by Member ID and, if provided, by display name.
Customers should only give their Member ID to a merchant when they want a merchant-supported reward, points action, or receipt workflow tied to their account.
Customers are responsible for the content they post, the friends they add or accept, and the people they choose to share a check-in, reply, or merchant-related benefit with.

4. Merchant accounts

Merchants are responsible for the accuracy of any sale amount, points award, reward redemption, receipt data, or other business data entered or synced into Logrico.
Merchants are responsible for training staff to use Logrico properly and for entering the correct customer Member ID when using merchant-supported flows.
Merchants remain responsible for any legally required paper receipt, refund disclosure, tax disclosure, or alternative record they must provide.
Merchants must not use Logrico to assign benefits, points, or receipts to a customer account without a legitimate customer request or authorization.
Merchants remain responsible for their own privacy notices, consumer disclosures, and compliance with laws that apply to their business operations.

5. Friends, check-ins, and social features

Logrico may let customers send short-lived check-ins to friends or selected friends, reply to those check-ins, and manage friend requests. Social content is user-generated. We do not guarantee that every friend will see, receive, or respond to a check-in in real time, or that a post will remain visible for the full selected duration without interruption.

6. Rewards, receipts, integrations, and limitations

Rewards, points, receipts, and merchant-linked features are available only where supported by the relevant merchant setup or pilot.
Any points, rewards, balances, or offers shown in Logrico are merchant-specific unless we explicitly state otherwise.
Points and rewards are promotional in nature, may change or expire, and have no cash value unless required by law.
Availability, timing, and completeness of merchant-related data may depend on merchant setup, staff input, integrations, third-party providers, network conditions, and system availability.
The merchant remains the source of truth for the underlying sale, refund, tax treatment, return policy, and dispute handling.

7. Fees, trials, and payment

Merchant fees, trial terms, billing cycles, setup fees, discounts, and cancellation terms are shown in the checkout flow, invoice, written order, or merchant agreement presented to the merchant. Customer accounts are currently free unless stated otherwise.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Logrico to:

Access or connect a merchant system without authorization.
Impersonate another person, send fraudulent friend requests, scrape user discovery results, or misuse another person's Member ID.
Post unlawful, abusive, harassing, deceptive, or unauthorized content through check-ins, replies, rewards, or merchant tools.
Assign points, rewards, or receipts to the wrong customer knowingly or recklessly.
Share another person's receipt, reward status, or purchase-related record without authority to do so.
Violate privacy, consumer protection, anti-spam, tax, payment, or other laws.
Upload, import, save, or transmit information that you are not authorized to process.
Interfere with the security, reliability, or integrity of Logrico, Firebase, Cloudflare, or related systems.

9. Privacy

Use of Logrico is also governed by our Privacy Notice. Merchants are responsible for giving any notices and obtaining any consents required for their own handling of customer transaction, loyalty, reward, and receipt information.

10. Service changes and availability

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue Logrico features, pricing, integrations, hosting, social features, merchant pilots, supported regions, or service limits. Pilot and early access features may change more often than generally available features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every merchant setup, browser, device, integration, or network.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe there is unauthorized access, non-payment, abuse, fraud, legal risk, security risk, or a violation of these Terms. Merchants may stop using Logrico subject to any active billing or written agreement terms.

12. Intellectual property

Logrico, the website, code, design, branding, and related materials are owned by Logrico or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Logrico for its intended purpose under these Terms.

13. Feedback

If you send feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or ideas, you allow Logrico to use them without restriction or compensation.

14. Disclaimers

LOGRICO IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGRICO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGRICO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, LOST GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO LOGRICO WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO LOGRICO IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR CAD $100 IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Logrico harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of Logrico, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, your merchant receipt practices, or your infringement of another person's rights.

17. Governing law

To the extent permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law applies and cannot be waived.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
